Complaints Channel
In compliance with Law 2/2023, of 20 February, which establishes the protection of those who report regulatory breaches or acts of corruption, at Staff Global Group we make our Whistleblowing Channel available. This platform guarantees confidentiality and allows employees, suppliers and business partners to report any activity contrary to current legislation or the principles established in our Code of Ethics.
Through this channel, it is also possible to report possible situations of workplace or sexual harassment or clarify doubts regarding our internal policies. Our company is governed by a strong commitment to ethics, transparency and regulatory compliance, which reinforces our culture of integrity. The Whistleblowing Channel is open not only to internal collaborators, but also to third parties with whom we maintain business relationships and is designed to facilitate the communication of any irregular conduct, always ensuring confidentiality and allowing anonymity where necessary.
The management of this channel is carried out through the Sesame platform, owned by Sesame Labs S.L., which ensures the protection and proper handling of information, guaranteeing a secure and reliable process.
AREAS OF APPLICATION OF THE WHISTLEBLOWING CHANNEL
The Staff Global Group Whistleblowing Channel is available to report:
- Relationships with third parties (conflicts of interest, gifts, fraud, corruption, bribery or confidential information).
- Internal fraud.
- Health and safety at work.
- Quality control.
- Anti-competitive practices.
- Intellectual or industrial property.
- Protection of personal data.
- Sustainability and the environment.
- Financial, accounting, or tax matters.
- Retaliation of any kind, including threats or attempted retaliation
- Cases of workplace harassment, sexual harassment and gender discrimination can also be reported.
This channel should not be used to:
- Labor complaints (payment of salaries, performance evaluations, schedules, issues related to projects or developments, etc.).
- Personal disputes between the complainant and another person (unless related to matters governed by this Policy).
- Complaints related to rumours or unsubstantiated.
- Emergency situations that require immediate action.
Please note that this channel is not designed for the handling of general employment complaints or personal disputes unrelated to applicable regulations.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND WHISTLEBLOWER PROTECTION
Staff Global Group guarantees the total confidentiality of the whistleblower, who may choose to remain anonymous unless the complaint requires a judicial process. We are committed not to proactively investigate the identity of whistleblowers, although we suggest identifying yourself to facilitate resolution.

- Confirmation of the compilan: 7 days
- Investigation and resolution: up to 3 months, with the possibility of extension in exceptional cases.
