Popeyes Milan: An omnichannel brand experience.

Popeyes Milan: An omnichannel brand experience.

In the world of events and Brand Experience, omnichannel has become an essential tool. What does it mean? It is the ability to integrate all channels – physical and digital – to create a coherent and memorable experience. It is what ensures that every interaction with a brand leaves a mark and enhances its impact.

From our division of Experientialdivision, we apply this approach to every project. A clear example is the recent opening of the first Popeyes restaurant in Milan, where we combined creativity, omnichannel strategy and actions such as brand activations y street marketing to achieve extraordinary results.

How do we translate omnichannel into action?

  • Consistency in every detail
Every aspect of the event, from the restaurant design to the social media presence, reflected the authentic essence of Popeyes, ensuring a consistent message that connected with audiences.

  • Activations that unite physical and digital worlds
Imagine walking through Milan and coming across a New Orleans-style jazz parade. That was our street marketing proposal, an action that not only captured attention in the streets, but also generated a great impact on social networks.

  • Personalized experiences for each audience
We design exclusive events with immersive activities for influencers, employees and media, strengthening their bond with the brand and generating attractive content to share on digital platforms, key in promotional marketing.

  • Exceptional customer service
With queues of more than two hours before the opening, every detail counted. We were in charge of coordinating the delivery of gadgets and guaranteeing a smooth service so that each attendee had an unforgettable experience, ensuring the success of the Brand Experience.

Results that support our strategy

  • Successful sales from day one.
  • Endless queues before opening.
  • Great virality on social networks, taking the event beyond Milan.

Omnichannel: the future of events

Today, events are not limited to their physical execution. Their true impact lies in how experiences transcend across multiple channels, connecting authentically with audiences. At Staff Global Group, we know how to merge brand activation, street marketing and Brand Experience strategies to maximize the reach and impact of each project.

Do you want your next event to be unforgettable?

Let’s talk. At Staff Global Group, we transform ideas into experiences that connect with people in an authentic and lasting way.

Commercial Outsourcing: The key to maximizing success on Black Friday

Commercial Outsourcing: The key to maximizing success on Black Friday
Gonzalo Serrano. Director of Strategic Accounts.

With the arrival of Black Friday, companies and brands face one of the most important demand peaks of the year. In this context, flexibility and agility are crucial to respond efficiently to market challenges. Commercial outsourcing has become a key strategy not only to optimize resources, but also to accurately analyze the return on investment (ROI) and improve the results of each action.

At Staff Global Group, we help companies to have the necessary talent to successfully face commercial campaigns such as Black Friday, in addition to offering measurable data that allows us to evaluate the real impact of each campaign and its profitability through our Retail Services and Commercial Outsourcing divisions.

Below, we explore the main benefits of outsourcing sales staff at these key times.

Operational flexibility

The ability to adjust headcount based on demand ensures that organizations can cope with peaks in activity or special projects without the commitment of permanent hiring. Staffing outsourcing allows you to scale your team only when you need to. During Black Friday, you can fill temporary roles such as salespeople, promoters, and customer service staff, without compromising on the quality of service.

Access to specialized talent

By outsourcing staff, companies gain immediate access to experts in various business areas without the need to go through extensive selection processes or internal training. Our team is made up of specialized professionals, ready to integrate efficiently into any project and contribute to the success of commercial campaigns.

This quick access to skilled talent allows companies to respond quickly to the demands of Black Friday, ensuring that every customer touchpoint is covered by qualified, motivated staff with experience in similar campaigns.

ROI measurement and optimization

One of the great advantages of working with Staff Global Group is our ability to provide detailed data and analysis on the performance of outsourced staff. This allows businesses to not only respond to the demands of Black Friday, but also measure the return on investment of each specific action.

By outsourcing with us, companies have access to key metrics that allow them to assess staff efficiency, optimize operations in real-time, and make informed decisions about future campaigns. This data-driven approach helps maximize business outcomes and improve profitability.

Focus on Core Business

Outsourcing non-essential functions allows companies to focus their efforts and resources on what really matters: the Core Business. Operational tasks, such as customer support, administration or logistics, can be outsourced to free up the internal team and allow them to focus on innovation, product development or expansion during Black Friday.

In conclusion, outsourcing is not only a tactical option, but a key strategy for companies that want to stay competitive, flexible, and focused on their Core Business. At Staff Global Group, we not only provide trained talent for times of high demand such as Black Friday, but we also offer detailed analytics that allow us to measure return on investment, optimize resources and improve operational efficiency in real time.

Graphispag 2024: Graphic innovations in space design

Graphispag 2024: Graphic innovations in space design

As a company committed to innovation and strategic stand design, our visit to Graphispag 2024 has allowed us to explore the new trends in the graphic industry, which are redefining the way we conceive and execute our stand projects at trade fairs and retail design.

This year, the show, under the theme “Printing Value”, focused on the competition between physical and digital media, highlighting how quality physical printing can add value to a project. New printing techniques and machinery, faster and more optimised, have made a leap in quality. These advances allow for inks that are more faithful to the original designs, with sharper and brighter results. In addition, integrating multiple processes – such as printing, cutting, marking or folding – into a single machine reduces time and costs in the long run. For our team focused on stand design, retail design and space design, these advances are crucial.

When conceptualizing a trade fair stand, every detail counts; from the materials to the quality of the images. New techniques and supports inspire us and expand the creative possibilities.

Large format printing continues to advance with techniques such as sublimation and UV technology, improving productivity without compromising quality. This is especially useful in prototyping and applications on various materials, which is central to our strategic design approach to experimenting and visualizing ideas prior to the final production of a trade show stand.

A highlight of this edition was the evolution in textiles, both in printing and embroidery, with a high fidelity and level of detail that allow for greater creative freedom. This opens up a range of possibilities in retail design projects and exhibitions, where personalisation and sensory experience play an increasingly important role.

During the fair, we attended presentations by graphic design leaders in the fields of branding and packaging, where the sector’s concerns in the face of the rise of the digital world were discussed. In this context, the physical medium continues to be valuable, as it offers an added experience to the consumer, as it is something tangible that they can touch and feel, generating a unique sensory contribution in our fair stands.

All this reinforces our philosophy: we not only design stands at fairs and functional retail design spaces, but we take care of every phase of the project, from conceptualization to execution, coherently integrating innovations in the sector and establishing alliances with local suppliers.

At Graphispag 2024 we reaffirm our commitment to creativity, sustainability and technology, and we are excited to apply these ideas in our upcoming projects.

Reporting: The integration of data analysis, strategic planning and continuous improvement

Reporting: The integration of data analysis, strategic planning and continuous improvement

The business environment is characterized by intense competition and rapid evolutions, the ability of a company to not only strategically plan its sales campaigns, but also analyze and act on data in real time is more than an advantage; it is a necessity. At Staff Global Group we face each Reporting project through the figure of the Data Analyst specialist through a previous strategic planning work that will define the success of the collection, processing and interpretation of the data. This article explores how merging strategic sales planning with advanced data analytics provides the ability to react successfully in the market, highlighting the crucial role data analysts play in this process.

The foundation of an effective sales strategy:

The starting point for any successful sales campaign is a well-defined strategy of the objectives and success variables, as well as the key measurement factors.  This strategy should clarify the objectives, identify the target audience, and design the messages and tactics that will resonate with that audience. This is where data collection and analysis play a critical role. Tools such as Global App (created and developed by Staff Global Group) that facilitate data collection in the field, and advanced analysis platforms such as Power BI, become essential pillars to understand and adapt strategies effectively.

The key role of the data analyst:

The data analyst is the central figure in this ecosystem, acting as the link between raw data and strategic decisions. Through advanced tools, the analyst is able to extract, interpret, and present data in a way that is understandable and actionable for the sales team. The dashboards and reports they develop not only visualize sales performance and market trends, but also allow for deep exploration and real-time interaction with data, thus facilitating key decision-making based on up-to-date information. At Staff Global we are committed to the figure specialized in Data Analysis.

Powerful Insights and Visualizations: The Core of Data Analysis:

The interpretation of the data goes beyond simply observing trends; It involves understanding the reasons behind these patterns and how they can be leveraged to improve sales strategies. This depth of analysis, combined with the ability to visualize data through interactive and understandable dashboards, provides sales teams with the tools needed to adapt their approaches in real-time, personalize customer interactions, and ultimately improve sales team performance.

Global App, a tool for use in the field:

Global App is Staff Global Group‘s own tool created for the comprehensive management of equipment with specific data collection functionalities that allow geolocation of photographic data, equipment and in turn collect valuable data in the field to be properly processed through analysis tools.

Power BI, a powerful tool in the hands of our Data Analysts

Power BI is a powerful data analysis and visualization tool that allows users to transform data from various sources into cohesive, visually immersive, and interactive insights. It offers a set of software, applications, and connectors that work together to make it easy to connect to data sources, visualize and discover important aspects, and share those findings. But for this, at Staff Global Group, we have the figure of the Data Analyst perfectly trained to get the most out of this tool.

Power BI consists of several key components:

  • Power BI Desktop: A desktop app for Windows that is used to create reports and data models.
  • The Power BI service: An online service (SaaS) for sharing, visualizing, and collaborating on reports and dashboards.
  • Power BI mobile apps: Available for Windows, iOS, and Android devices, they allow you to access reports and dashboards on the go

In addition, Power BI offers tools such as Power BI Report Builder for creating paginated reports, and Power BI Report Server, an on-premises solution for publishing Power BI reports

The integration between these components means that Power BI is extremely flexible, allowing different users depending on their role, from report creators to data consumers to administrators, to use the tool in a way that best suits their needs. For example, report creators can use Power BI Desktop to build detailed reports, publish those reports to the Power BI service so others can view and collaborate on them, and then access those reports through mobile apps.

The importance of Dashboards and proactivity in “actionable”, the hallmark of Staff Global Group:

The development of quality dashboards, which distill key and actionable information, becomes a cornerstone for success. At Staff Global Group, we are fully aware that ‘bullshit information’ – irrelevant or superficial data – not only diverts attention but can lead to counterproductive decisions. This is why we reject the standard formats that are often promoted in this type of sales reporting and opt, instead, for the presentation of customized dashboards. These focus on conclusive data and actionable measures, meticulously designed to provide sales teams with the precise intelligence they need to act effectively. In doing so, we not only raise the bar for our analysis and reporting, but we also reaffirm our commitment to long-term success, based on the quality and relevance of the information we handle. One of the characteristics of our unique Reporting model is our proactivity when it comes to involving different departments that draw up realistic action and activation plans that are proposed to our clients proactively.

Innovation in action: The strategic alliance between sales and marketing

Innovation in action: The strategic alliance between sales and marketing

In the business world of 2024, the merger of sales and marketing emerges not only as a trend, but as a strategic necessity for companies looking to stand out in a saturated market. This strategic alliance is more than a collaboration; It is a convergence where success in sales is inseparable from exceptional marketing execution. Below, I explore how this integration is transforming markets and what it means for your business.

The Age of Mass Personalization

Personalization is no longer a luxury, but an imperative. Customers expect experiences that not only meet their needs, but also anticipate their desires. Artificial intelligence (AI) in marketing excels at  enabling large-scale personalization, from product recommendations to brand communications that connect on an individual level.

Collaborative strategies on the rise

  1. Customer at the Center of Everything

Adopting a Customer Centric approach means deeply understanding the customer journey, from first contact to after-sales. Sales and marketing collaboration plays a crucial role here, using CRM technology to gather insights and tailor interactions according to customer preferences.

  1. Connecting Content

Video marketing and  Stories on social networks, such as Instagram and Snapchat, are consolidating themselves as powerful means of building genuine connections. These tools not only allow you to showcase products or services, but also share the essence and values of the brand in a way that resonates with the target audience.

  1. Chatbots and Beyond

AI-powered chatbots represent the cutting edge in customer-business interaction. Not only do they improve efficiency, but, thanks to the evolution in natural language understanding (NLP), they offer a surprisingly warm and personalized user experience.

  1. Content Optimization for SEO and SEM

SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) are essential for increasing online visibility and attracting qualified traffic. Collaboration between sales and marketing is crucial for identifying the keywords that potential customers use in their search for solutions. Creating optimized content, for both blogs and paid ads, ensures that the company’s offering reaches its target audience efficiently.

  1. Marketing Automation to Nurture Leads

Marketing automation makes it easy to track and nurture leads through a constant stream of personalized communications. Sales and marketing can collaborate to develop email sequences that guide prospects through the sales funnel, providing relevant information and offers at the right time.

  1. Joint Analysis of the Customer Journey

Analysing the customer journey as a whole  from a sales and marketing perspective allows us to identify points of friction and opportunities for improvement. This collaboration helps to fine-tune the strategies of both teams, ensuring that the buying process is as smooth as possible and that conversion rates are maximized.

  1. Content Strategies Based on Sales Feedback

The sales team is on the front line with customers and can provide valuable insights into their needs and concerns. Using this feedback to inform content creation allows marketers to produce materials that directly address customer pain points, increasing the relevance and effectiveness of campaigns.

  1. Co-Branding Campaigns and Strategic Partnerships

Co-branding campaigns and strategic partnerships between companies that complement your offerings can be very beneficial. These joint campaigns not only expand the reach of both brands but also add value to customers, creating unique and differentiated experiences.

  1. Virtual Events and Webinars

Hosting virtual events and webinars is an effective strategy for generating leads and positioning the company as a thought leader in its industry. Collaboration between sales and marketing is essential to define the topics, promote the event and ensure the follow-up of the attendees.

  1. Integrating Social Media into the Sales Process

The integration of social media into the sales process allows businesses to interact with customers where they spend their time. By working together, sales and marketing teams can identify opportunities to engage with prospects, share relevant content, and foster long-term relationships.

What’s next? …

This new paradigm requires companies to be agile, technologically equipped and, above all, to be empathetic with the needs of their customers. The alliance between sales and marketing is not just a strategy, but a fundamental change in how we think about connecting with our audience.

Innovation in sales and marketing is here to stay, and its effective implementation will be what sets leading brands apart from the rest. It’s time to act, to transform theory into practice and to take your company into the future.
