At Staff Premium, SL data processing is done for these purposes, depending on the reason why you provide them to us:
If you provide data as a client or potential client:
- Contact the sender of the information, reply to his or her request, petition or consultation and follow through later.
- Creation of data in our client file to generate any information related to the event or service requested, incident resolution, administration, accounting and pertinent invoices.
- Manage, where applicable, the procurement of the services or products requested by USERS and additional services, their billing and collection.
- All purposes are limited and related to the main purpose of the company, which is the management of comprehensive services for marketing, events and special actions, covering all phases and needs possible.
If you provide data as a candidate for our job bank:
- Contact the sender of the information, reply to his or her request, petition or consultation and follow through later.
- Inclusion in our database of potential candidates for the events that we organise. Being an employee involves your registration on our GlobalApp application and the acceptance of our security regulations and legal texts.
- Assignment of your data to clients who request a casting for the procured event. This assignment will only involve your name and photo. Also the possibility of requesting professional references at companies where you have been hired previously.
- All purposes are limited and related to the main purpose of the company, which is the management of comprehensive services for marketing, events and special actions, covering all phases and needs possible.
If you provide your data as an employee:
- Contact the sender of the information, reply to his or her request, petition or consultation and follow through later.
- Creation of data in our active employees file. Any processing stemming from the work relationship that binds us. Being an employee involves your registration on our GlobalApp application and the acceptance of our security regulations and legal texts.
- All purposes are limited and related to the main purpose of the company, which is the management of comprehensive services for marketing, events and special actions, covering all phases and needs possible.
Therefore, at Staff Premium, SL the information provided by interested parties on the contact form or by following and filling in the mandatory fields to request information, contract services or similar, with the aim of identifying the interested parties, potential clients interested in event organisation, managing the procured services and additional related offers.
A priori, you do not need to provide any personal data to browse this Website.
Term of data processing
- Data for managing the relationship with clients and billing and collecting for services will be kept throughout the period of time that the contract is valid. After this relationship has ended, as applicable, data may be kept for the period of time required by applicable legislation and until the statute of limitations has ended for possible responsibilities stemming from the contract.
- Data for handling queries and requests will be kept for the period of time needed to respond to them, with a maximum period of one year or for as long as a legitimate interest endures.
